Dear Mr. Sadler,
My Name is Tonya Campos. You and I spoke on the afternoon of Thursday October 2. You had called me regarding my family's headstone which is in Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Ruidoso. I had called your company to see if the headstone could be leveled.
Doug, I wanted to thank you for doing that and for the honesty in your phone call. My father, brother and mother are all in the Plot - the last of my immediate family. Since I love in Los Angeles and have not been back to the cemetery since my mom passed in March, I have to rely on my relatives in Artesia to stop and send me a photo when they visit. When I saw the photos and saw the headstone was uneven I was very upset. Not angry, but frustrated that I did not live closer to deal with this unfortunate situation.
I called your company and they told me someone would call me in a couple of weeks, after it was checked out.
Every day I looked at my phone but didn't hear anything. I was going to fix it until the following Monday when you called.
When you gave me the news that you had taken care of the headstone you had no idea how much of a load of worry just flowed out of me.
Doug it's customer service like that we don't see much of anymore.
Please always remember that it's those small gestures people NEVER forget. You rested my mind and treated my family's headstone with respect and care by the face you made it all right.
My uncle will be going to Ruidoso in the next week or so to send me a new photo. When I see the photo I will be reminded of a kind, good-hearted man

The head stone from the pictures is beautifully done! I haven't gotten there to see it yet, but my mother in-law and sister-in law have already gone out and said it was beautifully done.
